As a Garage Door Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance services. We’re looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential garage doors
- Provide excellent customer service and explain technical solutions to customers
- Ensure safety standards are met and maintain tools/equipment properly
- Participate in continuous sales training and professional development
Customer Success Specialist
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Anytime Garage Door, handling inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience. - Answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services

- Assist with managing service schedules and coordinating with technicians
- Maintain detailed call logs and records of customer interactions
Digital Leads Specialist
The Digital Leads Specialist plays a crucial role in converting digital inquiries into booked appointments. You will manage incoming leads from various platforms, including emails, web chats, and review sites, ensuring a timely and effective response. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, quick-thinking, and has a customer-focused mindset. In this role, you’ll:
- Respond promptly to digital leads from sources like Yelp, Google, Thumbtack, and web forms
- Engage with potential customers via email, chat, and text to answer questions and schedule services
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up with leads to confirm appointments
- Track lead performance and provide insights for improvement
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize lead conversions
